Description

CalPaca will not be accepting payment by PayPal for the Calpaca Autumn Fleece Extravaganza. They will only accept check, zelle or Square credit card payments.

If paying by check, please make check payable to CalPaca and mail to:

For Zelle bank transfer: please use your banking app to send payment via Zelle bank transfer to Michelle Ing - "diamondmals@aol.com".

Credit card payments accepted via Square link. A 3% fee will be applied to all credit card payments.

UPLOAD ALL PAPERWORK

Upload copies of your AOA Certificates* and AOA Owner of Record for Show Entry Form, if applicable, to the registration system.

All fleeces must arrive on or before August 25, 2026. It is recommended that your fleeces are mailed before August 18, 2026 to achieve this deadline.

FLEECE RETURN

You must include a pre-paid label for FedEx or UPS, keeping in mind you may have ribbons added to your return package, or the fleeces will be brought to you at Gold Country Gathering in Orland, CA.

Do not include fleeces that are selected to be sent to PNAA IFA Fleece Show with your pre-paid label. You will manage the fleece return when registering for PNAA IFA Fleece Show.

* Must be the original PDF registration certificate. Download the certificate from the alpaca's page on AOA's website or use the one emailed to you at the time of registration. It is best to upload the forms before completing your registration.

Ensure ample time to register your alpacas with AOA by submitting a blood sample for DNA testing.

Entries are not final until payment and all required paperwork has been received. Make checks payable to Calpaca.
